GD Wizards (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates gdwizards.com and provides web design, branding, marketing, IT, and automation services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Information you give us. Your name, email, phone, business details, and project information when you use our contact and quote forms, booking scheduler, brand questionnaire, or “Get Started” quiz.
- Order & account information. When you buy a service, the details needed to fulfill the order (name, email, billing information).
- Payment information. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number.
- Information collected automatically. Limited technical data (IP address, browser, device, pages visited) through cookies and analytics tools.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide quotes.
- To deliver our services and complete your projects.
- To process orders and payments and send receipts.
- To schedule and confirm consultations.
- To send updates or newsletters you asked to receive.
- To maintain, secure, and improve our website.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Payments
Purchases are processed by Stripe, which handles your card details under its own security standards and privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment and order details, not your full card number.

We use essential cookies (for example, to keep your shopping cart working) and analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

We share information only as needed to run our business — with service providers such as our web host, Stripe (payments), Google (analytics), and email delivery — and when required by law. We never sell or rent your information.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymize it.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to tell you what we collect. If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know, delete, and correct your information, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of it (we do not sell or share it in that sense), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Our site and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
